"English Pink" is a cross-stitch chart with instructions translated in English. It also exist as a complete kit (see second picture).

Design stitch count: 113 wide x 63 high

Design area:

  • 20,5 x 11,5 cm (8 x 4½ in) on a 28 count linen or a 14 count Aida
  • 18,8x 8,5 cm (7⅜ x 4⅛ in) on a 32 count linen
  • 17,9 x 10 cm (7 x 4 in) on a 16 count Aïda
  • 16,1 x 9 cm (6⅜ x 3½ in) on a 36 count linen
  • 14,1 x 7,9 cm (5½ x 3⅛ in) on a 40 count linen
Specialty stitches: This is a pure cross-stitch design with 3 (optional) French knots.

Threads and colours

This pattern shows 9 colours:

  • 4 references of DMC stranded cotton
  • 5 references of The Gentle Art threads (counterpart in DMC references available on the chart)
The model on the picture has been stitched on a 40 count linen fabric (colour off-white) using one strand of cotton over two threads of fabric. But you can stitch it with two strands of cotton on the fabric of your choice (aida, evenweave or linen).

Recommended Fabric: of your choice regarding the type (aida, evenweave or linen) and the stitch count, colour "White" or "Off-White", 40x30 cm (16x12 in).
