"Russian Christmas" is a new set of cross-stitch patterns by Malin Maline. It comprises 10 different charts + full instructions in English to create lovely and colourful Christmas baubles.

Design stitch count:

• Patterns 1, 2 and 3 = 37 wide x 59 high (approx 6,5 x 10 cm (2½ x 4 in) on a 32 count linen)
• Patterns 4 and 5 = 41 wide x 41 high (approx 7 x 7 cm (2¾ x 2¾ in) on a 32 count linen)
• Pattern 6 = 21 wide x 42 high (approx 3,5 x 7 cm (1½ x 2¾ in) on a 32 count linen)
• Pattern 7 = 87 wide x 124 high (approx 7,5 x 10,5 cm (3 x 4 in) on a 32 count linen if stitched as a miniature)
• Pattern 8 = 31 wide x 23 high (approx 5,5 x 4 cm (2 x 1½ in) on a 32 count linen)
• Patterns 9 and 10 = 37 wide x 49 high (approx 6,5 x 8,5 cm (2½ x 3¼ in) on a 32 count linen)

Threads and colours

These patterns show 7 colours (DMC references on the key, including 1 metallic thread)

The models on the picture have been stitched on a 32 count linen fabric (colour "burgundi" and "plum-coloured")

Recommended Fabric: of your choice regarding the fabric (Aida, evenweave or linen) and the stitch count, colour "burgundi" and "plum-coloured"
