Description

We advise you to buy the mini-pack of ATALIe threads we have prepared to match this pattern: it contains the threads you will need to complete the design at the best value for money. Indeed this pack saves you from buying 8-metre skeins of each colour, as each thread in the pack comes in the right length for this specific design.

The subtle shades of ATALIe threads are a key component of the outcome of your stitching. Should you choose to stitch the pattern with DMC references instead, please be aware that DMC references can’t give exactly the same result.

This mini-pack contains the cotton threads you will need to complete Tralala design "Bienvenue Carrés Rouges" using 1 strand of cotton over 2 threads of a fabric:

  • Lie de Vin (cotton) = 10 metres

A little more about ATALIe Threads

To be sure she always finds the perfect shades for her embroidery, French designer ATALIe decided to make her own hand-dyed threads and to share them with us for our greatest pleasure.

Each length of thread is made up of six strands which you will have to separate in one or two according to the chart before stitching. For a better effect with shaded or variegated thread, it is strongly advised to stitch one cross after another: do complete each cross as you go along, do not work in rows of half-stitches.These threads can be carefully washed in cold or lukewarm water.

This mini-pack costs £4.00  You may need more than one pack if you choose to work this design on a lower count fabric using 2 strands of cotton over 2 threads of fabric. Do not hesitate to contact us should you have any doubt regarding the quantity to order.
If you choose to work this design as a miniature in using 1 strand of cotton over 1 thread of fabric, you may prefer buying silk threads instead of cotton threads (see below the other Atalie Pack prepared for this design).
